Terms of the wire.

Muhabbit provides machine-readable news, analysis, and derived signals over API, WebSocket, MCP, and this site. Plans, limits, and prices are those published on the pricing page. A request over the limit gets a 429 response and is never dropped silently.

Stories, impact scores, confidence, and narrative signals are information about news coverage, not investment advice, and not a recommendation to trade anything. Trading decisions and their outcomes are yours alone.

Headlines, articles, excerpts, images and posts on X belong to their publishers and authors. Muhabbit claims no ownership of them.

Muhabbit shows a publisher's headline, its name and a link to its page. It never serves an article body: excerpts stop at 120 characters, and image fields are links to the publisher's own files, not a licence to them.

Your plan licenses Muhabbit's own work: its summaries and their translations, scores, topics, entities and narratives. Translated headlines are Muhabbit's translations of the publisher's headline. Show them like any headline, with the source named and linked.

Show a headline only with its source named and linked. Do not republish publisher content you get from Muhabbit: no rebuilding articles from it, no feeds or archives of headlines, excerpts or image links offered as your own, and no training AI models on it.

Posts on X stay their authors' and fall under X's terms. Broad republication of Muhabbit's own output needs a Syndication schedule.

One key per client; keys may not be shared or resold except as x402 re-metering, which is welcome. Abuse (scraping around limits, attacking the service, republishing beyond your plan) can end a key without refund of the current period.

Publishers can have their stories removed or limited, and copyright owners can send a notice. See For publishers. Muhabbit removes stories and switches off sources on valid notice, and ends the access of customers who repeatedly infringe.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a purpose and non-infringement. Summaries, translations and scores are written by AI and can be wrong. Uptime is measured publicly at /status but is not guaranteed outside Syndication schedules.

Muhabbit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses from trading. Its total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the past month.

You will defend and indemnify Muhabbit against claims that arise from your use of the service in breach of these terms, including republishing publisher content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.

Muhabbit may update these terms. The date at the top changes when it does, and using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
