You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Muhabbit, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You may use our services for lawful purposes only, in accordance with your subscription plan. Our services are intended for personal or business use to access market intelligence and news aggregation.
If you have API access, you must comply with our API documentation and rate limits. API keys are confidential and must not be shared or exposed publicly.
While we strive for accuracy, market data and news content are provided for informational purposes only. You should not rely solely on our services for investment decisions.
You agree not to:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with service operation, or bypass security measures. This includes using automated tools to scrape data beyond API access.
Redistribute, resell, or republish our content without authorization. Each subscription is for the specified number of users only.
Use our services to transmit malware, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Muhabbit or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
News articles and market data may be sourced from third parties. Such content remains the property of the original creators and is used in accordance with applicable licenses.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for their intended purpose.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law.
We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.
Our services provide market information and news aggregation only. Nothing in our services constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muhabbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
