EchoStar ($SATS) subscribers 7.19 million... not a Boost-only figure

EchoStar ($SATS) reported 7.193 million wireless subscribers as of September 30 in its Q3 10-Q, a figure combining its Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands rather than Boost Mobile alone. The company also disclosed it migrated customer traffic from its own 5G network to AT&T's ($T) network by November 15, 2025. The disclosure matters because subscriber counts and the terrestrial network used to serve those subscribers are separate issues, so the reported figure alone cannot determine network access after a potential acquisition.
