Strategy buys 811 Bitcoin… holdings at 849,327

Strategy (MSTR) disclosed it bought 811 BTC between October 26 and November 1, bringing its total holdings to 849,327 BTC as of November 1. The company funded the purchase partly through its at-the-market offering, selling 1,178,552 common shares for $164 million in net proceeds, of which $65.5 million went to bitcoin purchases and $98.5 million was retained in dollars. The 8-K filing with the SEC also covered preferred stock repurchases and included shares sold but not yet settled as of October 30. The purchase underscores Strategy's continued use of equity issuance to accumulate bitcoin at scale, keeping it the largest corporate BTC holder.
