Apple says it’s ‘hard to predict’ when iPhone Duo constraints will improve

Apple said it remains "hard to predict" when supply constraints for its iPhone Duo will ease, with shipping delays now expected to stretch into next year even as production ramps up. The company confirmed output is increasing but stopped short of providing a timeline for when supply will catch up with demand, leaving open the possibility of extended wait times for customers. The comments signal that the supply-demand imbalance could weigh on iPhone Duo availability through the holiday quarter and beyond, a key revenue period for Apple. Investors will be watching for updates on production yields, component availability, and whether Apple revises its shipment guidance in upcoming earnings communications.
